[squid-users] tcp_hit:NONE

Greetings:

Is there any reference material that tells what the :NONE means for a log
file entry TCP_HIT:NONE?

The faq only mentions the TCP_HIT entry alone.

Thanks

JIm

Subject: [squid-users] new user question

Greetings:

I have created a test proxy.pac file from the faq examples that contains
similar entries as follows:

 return "proxy1.mydomain.com:8080; " +
        "proxy2.mydomain.com:8080";

I'm not too sure if the ; and " are in the correct sequence (are they ??)
but my real question is when I test this code and turn off 'proxy1' it
still takes about 30-45 seconds for the 'proxy2' server to take over.

IS there a way to speed up the time it takes to transfer from one proxy to
another?

Thanks

Jim
