Hi, squid users.

I did polygraph test with squid 2.4.
The result was so poor.
I got 50 req/sec and 1800 msec average response time.
the test environment was like
    OS : linux 2.2.14
    CPU : Pentium III 600MHz
MEM : 384 MB (Cache Mem Size : 128 MB)
HDD : Western Digital IDE HDD 7200 rpm. * 2 (cache dir size : 4096 GB / disk)
    File Descriptor # : 8192
    Access log enabled.
    --enable_trunc
    store type : diskd

Would anybody let me know how to get better performance?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my broken english.

Jongyoon Kim.
