[squid-users] problem with cache_peer

hi all,

can anyone tell me what should I put in the squid.conf if I want to use
my squid the proxy of my ISP. Actullay my ISP is using transperant proxy

due to which I am not able to open any site . When I use the directive
like :-
cache_peer proxy.starhub.net.sg parent 8080 proxy-only

it is giving me error saying bungled at line 9 cache_peer
proxy.starhub.net.sg parent 8080 proxy-only.
I need it very urgent if someone can help me.
