Hi Henrik,

Thank you for your help. I reconfigured and recompiled squid as you
suggested and now I get a different error:

mars:/www/squid_2.4 # bin/squid
FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 604: cache_dir null -1 1000

I did not find any information on the syntax of "cache_dir null".

I need some more help...
