[squid-users] Refersh problem

Hello All...
I am running Squid 2.3-Stable on Redhat 6.2 with 2.2.18 kernel.
I have set refresh pattern in my conf file for some sites, but sites only
get refreshed when they are reloaded from Netscape, IE 4-5x does not
refresh these sites...

refresh_pattern ^f1-live 1440 100% 1440
refresh_pattern ^formula1 1440 100% 1440
refresh_pattern ^planet-f1 1440 100% 1440
refresh_pattern ^cnn 720 100% 720
refresh_pattern ^dawn 720 100% 720
refresh_pattern ^wwf 720 100% 720
refresh_pattern . 999999 100% 999960

What can be the problem?? Any Help?
