[squid-users] Server Failure ???

Hi there

I have just received this message on our clients....

Running RedHat 6.2, Kernel 2.2.14, Squid Stable 2.3.STABLE1 (Not had chance
to upgrade)

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.hotmail.com/

The following error was encountered:

     Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.hotmail.com

The dnsserver returned:

     Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

This means that:

 The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
 Check if the address is correct.

Any ideas I have reset the server but this does not seem to solve the
problem ????
