I have being running squid for at least a year.
we have being having some odd issues
i had being telling squid to listen on port 8081
which i thought was fine.
i then changed the port 8080
and the cup dropped in half
and the memory isn't increasing like it was before
would like to thank joe cooper for some help/advice he gave me on memory usage for squid. just so you all know
i run squid 2.2.STABLE5-hno.20000202
with some of joes suggested modifcations on his web site.
and it flys. thanks to joe and everyone else who has helped in the past.
