I would be very glad to use the kernel.
I cannot afford to reinstall linux because of a damage installation.
We will be getting another machine so.
I will try again on installing the kernel.
again, when I had upgraded using kernel 2.2.1x or 2.4, I always had the problem where the aic7xxx driver would always fail.
Since I have 3 scsi drivers, that is a major problem.
