  If you use two machines for the same cache name, yes, ie, in the
  DNS, you have "webcache.companydomain.suffix" as your proxy
  name, and then assign in the DNS entries two IPs for two boxes
  to serve, that will load balance.

  If, on the other hand, you are tihnking of the other way around, I
  am not sure.
