[squid-users] Squid as a transparent proxy.

Hey all,

Is there any way to use squid as a transparent proxy server, as in,
sitting in between a RAS and the upstream. The general idea would be to
utilize the caching during peak (or nonpeak) times to squeeze the
capability of more callers out of a t1 line.

If so, how could this be implemented, such that the user has no idea
they're actually talking to a proxy?
