  Dear Friends,

      I m really need help for this.
  Whenever i start my squid i get this error and squid will get crash after
  one or two days.

     I m using squid 2.3 stable 1 on RH6.2 with 28 GB cache and 1GB RAM
  on IMB server .

    Pl. can anybody tell me how can i increase the value of this file discriptor.
