[squid-users] Squid usage report

Dear all squid specialist,

I am using squid and squid-report for daily base. As company will have a
new policy to bill our internal users. (internet usage only) The first
thing that I think about is the squid access log base on IP address. Is
there any one who have implemented that before ?

Please advice and thanks in advance.

Remark: User use static ip, so there is no problem to define user
