[squid-users] proxy behind proxy

Dear All,

my computer run under PROXY (port:8080) that request password & username
for auth. and i can't acces the internet without this proxy, except i
use PROXY out there that run on some port like 7033.

Now I set up MY COMP as PROXY SERVER for one Client.

Now MY CLIENT can acces LAN (and i'm sure my squid is work/i have been
checked the log).
but MY CLIENT still can't acces the INTERNET.

what is the problem, and how to solve this ?
