[squid-users] Error msg in cache.log

hi,

has anyone ever seen this message in the cache.log?

assertion failed: StatHist.c:195: "D[i]>0"

i am running squid 2.4.stable1 on a suse linux 7.1 i386 box

squid printed this message into cache.log and died immediately.
the runcache process brought the squid process up again and
everything appears to be okay again.

any ideas?
