[squid-users] Slow Speeds Accessing Cached Data

Hi,

We're currently having problems with one of our squid boxes (2.4STABLE1, on
FreeBSD4.3-Release).

When downloading a file for the first time, downloads speeds are normal -
600-800k/sec. But when a 2nd user downloads the same file, they get only
200k/sec, and then in the access.log it writes it as a TCP_HIT, so it is
definantly comming from the cache. The machine is a PIII 866, with 128MB
RAM and 2GB cache.

Any ideas?
