Arun,
you can copy cachemgr.cgi under cgi-bin directory of apache.
Edit squid.conf with the following line :
cachemgr_passwd your_password all
(your_password is the password you'll use for cachemgr)
Restart squid and start your browser and enter this URL
http://localhost/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi
