Hi,

Squid doesn't like the replacement policy "lru". Not 100% sure but
I believe the solution is to recompile your squid with

        ./configure --enable-removal-policies=lru

Found this from going to www.squid-cache.org, typing "lru" in the
search field and tghe wandering through the search results until I found

While you are mucking around with configure, it might pay to

        ./configure --help

and read the output. There might be other stuff you want.
