[squid-users] problem wiht install

Hi every,

I'm trying to configure/install squid-2.4.STABLE1 on Solaris 7 host.
here are the commands I ran:
CC=gcc CFLAGS="-O2 -g" ./configure --prefix=/util2/squid
make all
make install

It created directory under /util2/squid but did not install any file.
What I did wrong?

root@zaphod# ls -l /util2/squid/*
/util2/squid/bin:
total 0

/util2/squid/etc:
total 4
drwxrwxr-x 2 root other 512 Jul 10 14:10 errors
drwxrwxr-x 2 root other 512 Jul 10 14:10 icons

/util2/squid/libexec:
total 2
drwxrwxr-x 2 root other 512 Jul 10 14:10 squid

/util2/squid/logs:
total 0
