We are doing this: logging the attempts and returning a call to the infected
customers. Interesting, though, are the questions we get asked:

What?
What?!?!
What is a service pack?
What?!?!?!?!
What is Windows Updade?
Code WHAT?

Too bad... :-(

But I haven't got any trouble with my Squid box since I inscreased SYN
backlog, as suggested on this list.
