Hello all,

I've been facing a problem that locks the squid, giving the message below in the cache.log file.
The box is a linux running 2.4.4 code and squid src is the tar ball from 16/08. It has been compiled without the gcc
optimization (-O2), but it still has the problem.

FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
2001/08/17 14:25:22| storeDirWriteCleanLogs: Starting...
2001/08/17 14:25:22| WARNING: Closing open FD 58
2001/08/17 14:25:22| Killing RunCache, pid 9306

This are the log generated when squid starts.. It's a new proxy, so the cache is not that hot.
Could somebody help me with this problem?
