It gives the IP address of itself as the origin...

I'm suspicious (as you obviously are!) that the
requests are coming from an external source, but
there's little else running on this machine and
no suspicious crons. Wondering what the significance
is of the 'squid-internal-static' string - it's not
obvious from the sourcecode.
