running 2.3STABLE4 ON 2.4.2, reiser partition
Squid doesn't seem to be paying attention to the Mbytes in the cache_dir
directive. Here's the line from my squid.conf:
cache_dir ufs /cache/squid 3000 8 256
/cache is a 4.9 GB partition used exclusively for squid. df shows 4.8 GB in
use. swap.state is about 600 MB. Why is the cache growing so far beyond the
~3 GB size specified in squid.conf? TIA
