[squid-users] TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT / Can not disable

I wonder if someone could help me.

I changed some parameters / squid.conf for never hit any caches.
But if it come to TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT, it's always hit and never retrive data
from Web servers.

How can I disable "TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT"?

- squid.conf -
#refresh_pattern ^ftp: 1440 20% 10080
#refresh_pattern ^gopher: 1440 0% 1440
#refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320
refresh_pattern . 0 0% 0
