not so much. my squid gets up to 80MB with 11.5GB space in which 65MB is
after start (so only stored objects info)
it gives 176:1 ratio + cache_mem + some more.
1GB+128MB RAM will be enough.
anyway asyncufs should be used for performance and no raid
