[squid-users] socks ports

Hi all ,

My LAN surf the internet through the squid server (2.4.stable1) on
Redhat 7.1 (kernel 2.4) box . Everything works fine , but some users
complain that they could not receive the outside mail ( pop3. xxx.com)
by microsoft outlook express . I thought this must be the browser (IE)
proxy socks option problem . But I dont know whets the ports of the
socks option of the browser because I dont know how can I set this value
in the squid.conf .

Who has the experience of it ? Could you share me ?
