With Windows-Update servers being one of the "few" that got infected by
Code Red this summer maybe doing so is not such a bad idea..

Seriously, any generic filter you apply needs to be divided into trust
profiles where you assign different sites different levels of trust.
With Squid's ACL lists this can quite easily be done, but you will need
someone to maintain these trust levels to provide an adequate level of
trusted web content to your users..
