[squid-users] Problem showing in log file.

Dear All,

I am getting the following Error in log file. Squid 2.4 Stable 1.

Cannot Bind socket FD 16 to 202.124.131.194:0:(99).
Cannot Bind socket FD 102 to 202.124.131.194:0:(99).
etc.

Can someone kindly explain what is the reason for it and how the problem
can be solved.
