[squid-users] cachemgr.cgi

I am new to squid. and I am trying to get the cachemgr.cgi to work but =
it won't let me login.

Here's my directive out of squid.conf:

cache_mgr admin@catoe.net
cachemgr_passwd CONfluga all

Can anyone give me some ideas please?
