Hi All !

I have a Linux BOX with Kernel 2.4, a IPTABLES firewall and SQUID 2.4s1
proxy.
This SQUID is configured with SMB_AUTH, and all works ok, but,
sometimes, the authentication process "hang" and the clients (IE)
can't see the web pages.
The main characteristic of this problem this in the fact that the user
informs user and password(several times), but the pages is not loaded.
Trying with smb_auth -W .... -d, the proxyauth file it's read ok !

The only strange occurrence finds in the logs it is

        cache.log
aclDecodeProxyAuth: Disallowing empty password, user is ''

After some time, everything returns to the normal state !

What this happening ?
