[squid-users] Multiple processors or not.

Hi,

I am about to order 3 new servers.
I have a quick question.

Should I go for either DUEL 1GHz, or SINGLE 1.13GHz machines. Only £200 UK
difference.
 
I read somewhere that the Linux 2.4 kernel has better Multiprocessor support
so it may be worth going for duel.
What are your thoughts bearing in mind that these are Squid machines.
