[squid-users] allows f__k when in blah.org/f__k but not when in blah.com/f__k

Forgive me if this is in the archives or the faq, I looked but I couldn't
find it.
I'm a complete newbie to squid, someone else set it up. I'm ok with the
basics of Linux.

We have Squid 2.2STABLE4 at our school and I have a problem that I don't
understand
Squid allows f__k when in blah.org/f__k (and .nu)
but not when in blah.com/f__k (or .net .nu .co .biz)
f__k is in /etc/squid/exclude_urlpath.

I've got:
exclude_filetype
exclude_url_extra
exclude_url_porn
exclude_urlpath
include_urlpath
include_url
mib.txt
mime.conf
mime.conf.default
squid.conf
squid.conf.default

Where do I fix this and how?
