[squid-users] user level access

Hi All,

Sorry but since i could not find an exact reply to my query from the
archives i'm postign this to the list.

1) well i need to control irc,yahoo messenger, msn messsnger access
from my network using squid ?

2) Secondly, is there a way in which we can defines acl wherein i can
allow access to the above services either by the ip address or by
username authentication ???
