Your Microsoft browser is confused by having a FTP proxy.

There is some option in the advanced IE settings you can turn off to get
rid of this warning I think. Not entirely sure as I am mostly a Linux
user.

Also, Squid allows write access to FTP if the browser cares to try (and
is allowed by the FTP server). For some reason IE cannot, so if you need
to upload a FTP file thru Squid use another browser such as Netscape or
Mozilla.
