[squid-users] Permitting a sites only for a specific ip-numbers

Thanks for reading this question,

How can I permit a group of ip-numbers to access only a few
specific urls and blocking the others.
All the other ip-number may access any url without any
blocking.
All ip-numbers / pc's use the proxy.

eg. ip numbers 10.10.10.1 - 10.10.10.50 may only access
                hotmail.com and nhl.nl
All others everything.
