I'm not sure if this will help, but I had to move most of the '-b' stuff
into the '-f' probably like this:

squid_ldap_auth -b ou=Development -f '(&(uid=logu)(dc=ldap)(dc=squid)(dc=com))' ldap

I know that I had a lot of problems until I made the '-b' argument very
small and formatted the '-f' correctly. Although I know nothing about
different ldap versions and/or server implementations so YMMV!
