The example 'always_direct' statements
(http://squid.visolve.com/squid24s1/Miscellaneous.htm#always_direct)
includes a preceding dot in the domain name (the same is mentioned in
the 'acl' documentation
http://squid.visolve.com/squid24s1/access_controls.htm#acl). Could this
be the problem?
