[squid-users] any advice regarding poor performance / some stats

Hi,
The performance of my squid box is rather poor. I took a look at Joe's pages
to tune.
I have here some stats from my cachemgr file, can anyone take a look to it
and advise me where to look for to have better performance. I would nicely
appreciate.
I have this box configured with 1024FD, ReiserFS, async I/O, HP Netraid
mirror, squid dev2.5, rh7.1.
