Re: [squid-users] msnt auth

Not sure what to say besides what is said in the quite extensive msnt_auth
documentation (README.html).

If the user is listed in denyusers then access will be denied (ERR)

If allowusers exists and is not empty, then only users listed there will
be allowed.
