i had no problems so far. the proxy i setup with reiserfs runs like hell.
uptime 91 days. i strongly recommend putting the cache on a with 'notail'
mounted reiserfs volume. i'm using kernel 2.4.8.

of course, ext2 works. i use it for all other volumes like /, /var, etc.
