Aha....it seems, it is a "historical" problem.

I forgot to tell that after upgrade b/w and link, my router CPU becomes very
high (sometimes up to 99%). Next, 1-2 days I plan to upgrade router to 3620.
I will monitor the symptom after upgrade progress and posting the result
here.
