Help...

i've compiled squid 2.3Stable-4 + hno patch
(2.3.STABLE4-hno.20000819) for exactly.
and before this machine, i have compiled
the same squid with the same compile param
and never ecounter this kind of problem.
(Squid crashes with error :
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying. )

my configuration system is :
cpu : Athlon Thunderbird 1 Ghz
mb : via kt 133a bios version YH
harddisk :
hde: Maxtor 5T040H4, 39083MB w/2048kB Cache,
CHS=79408/16/63, UDMA(100)
hdg: Maxtor 5T040H4, 39083MB w/2048kB Cache,
CHS=79408/16/63, UDMA(100)
put in ide2 & ide 3 on hpt370 a controller.
memory : 512 MB
linux kernel : 2.2.19 + reiserfs 3.5.33 +
ide.2.2.19.05042001.patch.bz2
os : redhat 6.2
glibc version : glibc-devel-2.1.3-22
glibc-2.1.3-22

before compile i set ulimit -HSn 8192
and change default max file descriptor
in my /usr/linux/include/bits/types.h
#define __FD_SETSIZE 8192

i set CFLAGS env variable to :
export CFLAGS="-DNUMTHREADS=45"

compile param = :
./configure --enable-heap-replacement --enable-poll
--enable-async-io --enable-snmp --prefix=/usr
--exec_prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/sbin
--libexecdir=/usr/lib/squid --localstatedir=/var
--sysconfdir=/etc/squid

i have read FAQ in squid-cache.org : item 11 about
this problem,
i have set AC_CFLAGS in each squid build directory
to without compiler optimization.

but, with or without compiler optimization
i ecounter the same problem.....

i have recompile the kernel.. but
this always happen..
i'm getting very frustated.

part of error in cache.log :
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
