i just figured out whats going wrong :
squid seems to not being able to get images from subdirectories.
that means : if the images are in the same subdir as the index.html file ->
all are loaded well.
if they are - lets say - in the subdir /images of the website-root -> they
cant be loaded and i get a 302 status-code
in access.log
is this a bug in squid ? - or did i miss an option in the conf file ??
