Hi,

Since 446 is not the standard port for https communication you have to add
it to your
list of 'SSL_ports' in squid.conf.

Look for a line 'acl SSL_ports 443 563' in squid.conf and add 446 to it.
This enables
the CONNECT method for that port.

Additionally, you should add 446 to the line 'acl Safe_Ports', where you
should also
find 443 and 563.
