You can list them from Cachemgr.cgi in "Cache Client List". Hopefully
you'll see (like I did), lots of lines like:

Address: a.b.c.d
Name: some.one.bad
    ICP Requests 0
    HTTP Requests 1
        TCP_DENIED 1 100%
