Thanks for the prompt reply.

I am familiar with editing the files for the error messages - I am looking
for some guidance regarding using images within the custom error message
page, and also what HTML standard I can use in making my error pages.

You can define your own pages very easily. There is a directory "errors"
with
the standard error stuff, you can include your own test in each (an
acceptable
use policy, for example) with err_html_text, and you can even create your
own
pages for acl refusals, for example.
