nothing.
i can't view any HTTP server from 10.0.0.0/255.255.0.0
network, but i see all server (what not has auth scheme)
from network 10.1.0.0/255.255.0.0

hmmm...
at this time the server is down, about one our, and i will start it,
then i will post that message.

there is NO deny acl, i wrote it the first mail.
i permit all client to all website.

simple there is not this line:
http_acces deny 'any_acl'
but i has more these:
http_access allow acl1
.
.
http_access allow all

(before, of course there is a definition of all:
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0)
