Indicates there is some kind of a problem to reach the site.

Can you reach the site on port 80?
If you are running Linux then make sure you have disabled support for
ECN as many sites still have problems with ECN. (set
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn if ECN support is compiled in the kernel)
