[squid-users] help! - method CONNECT is denied

My parent cache (a satellite ISP)
has disabled method CONNECT:
"X-Squid-Error: ERR_ACCESS_DENIED 0"

Programs like HTTPort, SOCKS2HTTP didn't help me
to make work P2P-programs like Morpheus, Kazaa etc.
I can't even visit SSL-sites, for example

However, this all works fine via a dialup line.

Is there a way to make the chain "SOCKS - > HTTP"
without method CONNECT?!
