These are rotated access.log's which squid produces when you do

   squid -k rotate

or when you send SIGUSR1 to the squid process. Have a look at your
crontabs. Find one that starts with:

   44 0 * * *

Oh, and I bet your squid.conf contains:

   logfile_rotate 1

which instructs squid to keep one rotated log on disk, namely
access.log.0.
