acl local-server dstdomain .nuon.local

IIRC, Squid likes a dot before the domain, letting it know that the match
can be "fuzzy" and allow something before the domain you specify.

This is not a regex function: for a regex there is a separate option like
dstdomregex (see squid.conf)
